A five-storey mixed-use commercial complex housing retail outlets on the ground floor and premium office spaces on the upper floors. The facade features a curtain wall glazing system with a gold-toned aluminium profile, creating a striking streetscape presence. Structural design incorporated a post-tensioned flat slab system to maximise floor plate flexibility.
The project included complete MEP coordination, a dedicated car park podium, and a rooftop utility floor. Central air conditioning, fire suppression systems, and high-speed lifts were installed. Delivered on schedule to an exacting timeline for the client's business launch.
