The 2,000 sq.ft two-storey office block adjoining the warehouse provides staff facilities, a control room, and meeting rooms. Full fire protection system, CCTV, and LED high-bay lighting were installed throughout. The facility was operational 12 months from ground-breaking.
Time was critical for us as our existing lease was expiring. SK Builders delivered the warehouse on time without compromising on quality.
