A purpose-built, four-storey medical centre with an outpatient department, diagnostics lab, pharmacy, and 40 inpatient beds. The building was designed to meet healthcare regulatory standards with dedicated air handling units, infection-control flooring, and full accessibility compliance. A dedicated ambulance bay and emergency entry were incorporated.
The building's layout prioritises patient flow efficiency with clearly separated OPD, IPD, and emergency pathways. Clean and dirty service routes are separated at each floor. Medical gas pipeline systems, nurse call systems, and modular operation theatre were all executed by specialist subcontractors coordinated by SK Builders as main contractor.
Building a medical facility is an extremely demanding undertaking and SK Builders rose to every challenge. Their knowledge of healthcare construction requirements and their ability to coordinate multiple specialist subcontractors was excellent. We opened on time and the facility works perfectly.
