A complete renovation of a 30-year-old townhouse in Chennai's T. Nagar. The project involved structural repairs to the first floor RCC slab, waterproofing of the roof and bathrooms, complete replumbing, rewiring of the electrical system, and full interior redecoration. The client wanted a fresh, contemporary look while preserving the home's character.
The ground floor living and dining area was opened up by removing a non-structural partition, creating a light, airy space. All three bathrooms were completely gutted and retiled with contemporary fittings. New modular kitchen with granite countertop was installed. The home was handed over sparkling clean and completely transformed within 4 months.
